Kobo Clara BW

I picked this for readers who want a simple, distraction-free e-reader with a sharp, glare-free screen for long reading sessions. The 6-inch size, adjustable warm light, and waterproof design make it an easy carry-everywhere choice, and 16GB leaves plenty of room for a large library. Before you buy, double-check that you are comfortable with Kobo's ecosystem rather than Kindle's, and that you want a black-and-white screen rather than color.
