Nordic Ware Naturals Half Sheet

I recommend these half sheet pans because the natural aluminum heats evenly, so cookies and roasted vegetables brown consistently from edge to edge. The reinforced rim helps keep the pans from warping in a hot oven. Having two pans means you can bake in batches or keep dinner and dessert going at the same time.
